Vegemite - spreadable yeast at its finest...

In our little bag of goodies from the folks at LB/Melbourne was a tube of Vegemite... If you're not from the Brit-diaspora, you may have never come across this stuff, or it's English equivalent, Marmite... Rich in B-vitamins and theoretically a nutritional powerhouse, its benefits are largely overshadowed by a taste its detractors compare to axle grease. For real, this stuff is POTENT. The advertising for both Marmite and Vegemite has centered around the idea that "you either love it or hate it," and the flavor is incredibly polarizing.
